Experience peace of mind with our dedicated home wellness check service. Pelican Property Watchers will keep your property secure, well-maintained, and worry-free while you're away.
Our Checks Include...

- Exterior grounds, landscape, lawn, and sprinklers checked.
- Removed newspapers, flyers, and brought in mail.
- Inspected windows and screens.
- Ran water through sinks, tubs, showers, and flushed toilets to prevent traps from drying out.
- Checked for visible signs of mold (not a licensed mold inspection or mitigation company).
- Verified proper temperature and operation of refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and wine coolers.
